Thank you to all of the incredible volunteers for the Dunthorpe Garden Tour last Saturday, as well as those who toured! The event was a huge success thanks to your efforts! We hoped you enjoyed the beautiful day, had time to see the amazing gardens, had a cup of tea and cookies and maybe even met a few new people.  It was great to see community members joined together for a common cause: our schools and neighborhood .

Parents of Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors,
We are asking for help to make this year's graduation memorable. We need you! There are 22 spots to fill for the graduation luncheon with volunteer opportunities for set up on Monday June 10th, as well as cupcake set up, food pick up, flower pickup and serving lunch and cleaning up on Tuesday June 11th. Please help make this graduation a wonderful event and essentially "pay it forward" as all our kids will be graduating in the not too distant future and hope we will have parents volunteering to make our child's graduation memorable. Volunteers are needed to chaperone the graduation after party. There will be two shifts--one late night and one early morning shift. This is an opportunity for the freshman, sophomore, and junior classes to "pay it forward" in anticipation of our future graduates. If you can help, contact Kathy Sanders at kathy@nwfloorsupply.com

Party Pack parties bring in between $40-50,000 per year for our PTC, because 100% of your ticket goes directly to help fund enrichment activities at our schools.  Thank you for making this year’s Auction - 80’s One-Hit Wonderland - a fun evening that helped raise vital funds for the students at our schools ! We are grateful to our many wonderful donors of wine, silent auction and party packs, as well as our Patrons , Sponsors and all ticket buyers. And we are especially grateful for everyone who bought the many items generously donated to the Auction. Because of all of you, we netted approximately $80,000 that will be used to fund the many programs that benefit our children.

Directories are available for $10 from Sam Ziff at the front desk. Drop by or send your student to school with $10 per copy.

There are lots of opportunites for both parents and students to help out in the next few weeks and into the school year:

Lunch Volunteers - Still Needed!
Because students converge on the lunchroom all at once for lunch break, the Maverick Cafe is hoping for a few volunteer parents to help maintain order and keep the lines moving. Help is needed for 20 minute shifts. We need specifically volunteers for Mondays, but anytime is appreciated! Contact Allison at threedognight@mac.com.

Get ready to help our kids!  Any parent who comes in contact with kids at school (including sports and field trips) needs to complete a volunteer application and authorization with the district.  Completed forms may be turned in to Sam Ziff or the district office. Students may submit money ahead of time or purchase lunch with cash. If you desire to place money in a student account mail checks to: Express Catering PO Box 20954 Keizer, Oregon 97303, turn in checks in to the high school office or visit their website at  www.xpresscatering.com
